Questions about Pricing, Licenses & Checkout
How does the integration between the two plugins work?
The two-way synchronization is a PRO capability: as soon as both plugins are running their PRO version, they connect automatically! Exhibitors appear directly in program session cards, booth numbers are shown on speaker profile pages, and data syncs bidirecionally. In the 'Pro Organizer Suite' and 'Enterprise Expo Suite', this integration is included out of the box because both bundles contain the PRO versions of both plugins.
How does the licensing model work?
All licenses are annual subscriptions. You receive 1 year of updates, new features, and direct support. Subscriptions automatically renew annually but can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date via your customer portal.
Do you offer multi-site licenses for agencies or multiple customer websites?
Yes! All bundles and individual plugins are flexibly available for 1 site, 3 sites, or 10 sites. Use the license scope switcher above to switch between license tiers. For larger agencies managing more than 10 websites or custom enterprise agreements, feel free to contact us for an individual quote.
What happens if a license expires or is not renewed?
Your website stays online for visitors: timetables, live ticker and room monitors keep running without interruption. You can keep editing existing entries, for example for room changes or cancellations. New program items, speakers and exhibitors can only be created again after renewal. Until then, the PRO tools in the backend and some settings are locked too.
Is there a renewal discount?
Yes! When your bundle subscription renews automatically, you benefit from a 10% loyalty renewal discount on the regular bundle price.
Do staging or localhost testing sites count against the license limit?
No. Local development environments (localhost, .local, .test) and typical staging subdomains (e.g. staging.yourdomain.com) are automatically recognized and do not consume a production site license.
Which payment methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely via our Merchant of Record Freemius. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, SEPA direct debit and regional methods. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID receive reverse charge invoicing.
Can I upgrade from BASIC to PRO or to a bundle later?
Yes, absolutely. Upgrading is possible at any time directly in your WordPress backend under the 'Upgrade' menu. The remaining value of your existing BASIC license will be credited proportionally towards the PRO price.
Discount for charitable organisations
Registered charitable associations, non-profit organisations and comparable institutions can receive a discount on the PRO plans. The discount code is issued individually.
